Nice lineup! I love my instapot so much I have two. When one is busy cooking beans, I can use the other for anything else I’m making. Also, I would add the Vidalia chop wizard. It saves me for chopping onions and so many other veggies.

I would not want to be without my Cuisinart food processor, Instant Pot and Vitamix. Food processor and Vitamix have been in heavy rotation for years. Have replaced the blades in both due to heavy use and still going strong. Love your show and thank you!

A handy tip would be to also have a funnel for the spices. I found that reloading the jars is messy, but with a small food safe funnel it is a breeze.

Thank you for the informative videos! As a celiac I use lots of buckwheat for crepes and baking. I prefer to buy organic buckwheat groats and grind the seeds in my blender as needed to keep the flour fresher. Same goes for almonds. Having good tools makes everything easier and cheaper too, excellent investments as your video shows. InstantPot is a wonderful addition, also an essential for legumes and ….

I've had my Cuisinart food processor for more than 30 years and its still going strong. My current favorite use for it is hummus ... I make it almost every week. I just purchased an Instant Pot to cut down on the time to make beans (and also to cut down on the amount of steam being generated in my Florida kitchen).

I have an instant pot but I have issues with the slow release. Any tips?? Also, for vanilla, you can easily make your own with some vanilla beans and vodka. Takes 6 weeks. It's a lot cheaper than store bought vanilla.

Can you comment on Nutritional yeast that is fortified or non fortified? Thanks for all the great advice!

We use unfortified nutritional yeast as some fortified brands use synthetic vitamins.

Love this informational video. I am allergic to yeast, cashews, almonds, peanut, and soybean; my question is; what is a good replacement for the products I’ve mentioned?

Currently, legumes cause reactions. How to plant based eat without legumes? Thank u!!!
@Momma_Tomma4 ай бұрын
There are plenty of things you can eat besides legumes. Quinoa is a complete protein. Nuts have a good amount of protein, but are higher in fat. Any vegetable is good. Fruits are good in moderation as they are high in sugar. Potatoes are wonderful superfoods.
