Lol this plant y is just usless. You cannot use it for offline defence because within minutes it will die by its self. And if used for taming you are better off keeping bola in the inventory since they do not have a timer on you while you have bola in your inventory.

These are pretty useless. For taming purposes , you could just use a bola or bear trap. Defensive purposes , just use the bear traps. No real offensive use, so just use plant species X. This is just a smaller bear trap that does LOW (emphasis on LOW) amounts of over time damage
