I would advise against having a fan, you want to have no air movement, preferably a closet or big box with plastic curtains so no outside air gets in after you spray everything down it stays sterile

Medium Constituent Amount1 Table sugar 1/8 cup Tap water 1 cup All-purpose soluble fertilizer 2 1 cup of stock solution Inositol tablet (250 mg)3 ½ tablet Vitamin tablet with thiamine ¼ tablet Agar flakes 2 tablespoons 1 This mixture makes 1 pint of medium. 2 Prepare the fertilizer stock solution by mixing ¼ tablespoon of a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer, such as 10-10-10, in a gallon of water. 3 lnositol is sometimes sold as myo-inositol.
