I don't smoke (quit in 2012), I don't drink (never have been a fan), and I love my fruits and veggies. I also drink pretty much nothing but water, tea, occasional juice or coffee. I just gotta work on the exercise part. I have hives and chronic pain a lot, so it's not always easy to be motivated to move. It's something I'm working on though, be it slowly lol. I've come a long way from where I was. Been vegan for a year now and feel amazing. I will never go back to the horrendous and unhealthy way I was eating before. I tell everyone I know about Game Changers, Forks Over Knives, What the Health, and a few other vegan docs as well. My husband is the only other vegan I know, but we keep each other going. We're both so much healthier and happier vegan

Hi Ashley... I don't know if you have heard of 'Anthony William' who is The Medical Medium.. I was literally just listening to him yesterday. He was answering a question from someone suffering from chronic hives. He recommended a 'mono diet' for at least a month to clear out your liver. As the liver is throwing off toxins, pathogens etc.. and this is landing in the skin and causing your hives. It is hell.. I know as I have suffered from this too. Drink Celery juice in the morning like he suggests, eat things like just paypaya.. then perhaps the liver cleanse smoothie and steamed potato. It is actually really nice. Check out his book "Cleanse to Heal" and follow the protocol.. you will get better :)

Told that crazy Raw Meat Eater Vegetable Police, who used to be a Vegan...just now > on his latest video... HA HA HA HA. Once we metabolize the Greens, NO NEED for much of the other Supplements as it is a Prebiotic and/or Probiotic w/ Sea salt rubs...the Healing Chlorophyll is given in Revelation 22:2 as "the Leaves of the TREE (of Life) shall be for the healing of the Nations"...thus the Original Plant-based diet of Genesis 1:29--31, also suggested in Isaiah 11th chapter, Isa. 65:25 & summarized in REVELATION 22:2 "the Leaves of the TREE (of Life) shall be for the healing of the nations"...thus the Original VEGAN Plant-based diet. MAKE sure you only use Organic or Non-GMO foodstuffs (in AMERICA)... With this approach...you will be able to stomach RAW and/or gently cooked Organic Onions, Garlic, Organic Leeks, Org. Scallions, Org. Shallots, all the Allium foodstuffs.

@Joe Legault It came up in my suggested videos for some reason, so I decided to listen to what he had to say and he started out by mentioning these perfect foods, which are some of my favorite foods.
@essdee9804 жыл бұрын
That's the whole point of the video explaining that those high fat foods you just mentioned requires you to eat much more to feel full which causes weight gain, heart problems, diabetes, cholesterol, and the list goes on. So those are not really "excellent foods"
@LisaCulton4 жыл бұрын
@@essdee980 Actually, because those foods are high in fat as well as vitamins and minerals, the feeling of satiety comes on before the stomach is full or stretched and one does not need to eat a lot (large volumes) to feel "full". If a person is eating low calorie / low fat foods, a large volume will be required to stretch the stomach to send a signal to stop eating. That's why people on low fat diets have to eat and snack throughout the day. On the other hand, I eat only twice a day.

And on line there are so many people, sites and vegan recipes that will go to prove you are not alone. Oh yes and I am a great fan of 'butters' - pumpkin, sunflower seeds and many others. Go to an independent 'Health Shop' and hopefully there will be an array of them. And the vegan milks are great too......dairy from my point of view is the cruelest of industries. Truly truly nasty.
