He is a man of integrity. The starch solution basically saved my life. I'm serious. 10 years ago. I had the early stages of bowel cancer, type 2 diabetes, gout, high blood pressure. And a friend told me about this book he was reading. He gave it to me. And it changed my life. A year after starting the starch solution diet. Everything I was suffering from WAS GONE. After a lifetime of abusing my body with meat, dairy and processed garbage. God bless this man. We need more like him.

Plant-based news promotes propaganda that fish is unhealthy and actively prompts vegan junk food from subway and KFC and McDonald's so what is it is vegan about your health or the animals if it is about health then why do you make videos when a non-vegan restaurant make vegan junk food I but go all on abord when talking about unprocessed food like fish I wonder Plus The title should be why vegan doctors like to hate anything that's non-Vegan I can make a whole video about why brown rice is unhealthy because the high level of arsenic cause cancer so therefore brown rice is unhealthy what about the DHA IN Fish is better than ALA in plants and much more bioavailable I think I would rather listen to what longest living healthy Japanese are eating whole food unprocessed diets just because most vegans are less likely to smoke and drink alcohol and eat less processed food doesn't mean that vegan diets are Heather at all the fact that pesco-vegetarians had the lowest hazard ratio for all-cause mortality in the Adventist Health Study 2 despite pollution? I can see the ecological and other ethical problems with eating seafood, but doesn't epidemiology contradict the claim that a vegan diet is healthier than a pescovegetarian diet? I don't think I know better, it's just that I see some contradiction here. This study on vegans' use of saying vegan being Heather than meat-eater has clearly shown the opposite true with the fish-eater this doesn't mean vegan diets are unhealthy but not optimal as whole food plants based with some fish since this diet provides all the nutrients from plants and B12 DHA and more biologically available vitamins A and D, therefore, non-vegan diets can be slightly Heather than WFPBD Not all vegans eat this diet vegans do eat refined carbs also added vegetable oils are and mock meats are not correct to say that vegans are automatically Heather because their diet is vegan Any idea, why pesco-vegetarians had the lowest hazard ratio for all-cause mortality in the Adventist Health Study 2 despite pollution? I can see the ecological and other ethical problems with eating seafood, but doesn't epidemiology contradict the claim that a vegan diet is healthier than a pescovegetarian diet? I don't think I know better, it's just that I see some contradiction here. Thanks for your reply. The level of mercury in fresh Atlantic salmon is 220 parts per billion mercury so which means That a 3oz serving is equal to 85 grams of Salmon 220/1000000000 equal 0.00000022 grams of mercury x1000 to milligrams then it's 0.00022 milligrams x1000 to micrograms then it's 0.22 microgram x85 for 3oz serving 18.7 micrograms of mercury The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that 0.1 mcg per kg) of body weight per day is the maximum safe dose of mercury. So 18.7 mcg from fish I am weighing about 73kg that's about 161 lb So Roundabout 0.10mcg per lb so my exposure Is within the safe non-risk limit if I eat 85 grams every day which is a lot I eat about 85 grams of salmon 3 times a week so my total consumption a week is about 255grams that's equal to 9oz a week Now we have to x3 the exposure of mercury that's come at 18.7/161 = 0.116149068322981 x3 = 0.348447204968943 Roundabout 0.35 I have to 7x the safe expound limit of 0.1 x7 = 0.7 mcg per pound per week is safe to limit I only would get 0.35 which is well within the safe limit so at this level heavy metals like mercury are completely harmless to get a negative effect you need to be exposed serval times the upper safe limit so you are wrong about fish contains omega 3 and DHA that helps the brain development and lower heart disease anyways if you are still concerned about this explore it safe to eat a fish a couple of times a week the benefits of fish completely outweigh the negative so stop spending misinformation If you still are stubborn about not eating heavy metal you do know that you're exposed to heavy materials at a far higher amount from second-hand smoke brown rice has arsenic that's doesn't mean that brown rice is unhealthy like fish the benefits outweighs the drawbacks of combining fish with prominently plant-based is optimal for health 👍 I am not saying that if you don't eat fish you will be unhealthy or anything you could live as healthy Without eating animals products as well I am just trying to inform people that spending misleading information about the health effects of eating meat and fish is toxic does not help promote veganism because veganism has All to do with animals' ethics and the environment because both of these aspects are harming animals directly or indirectly While health is a personal choice nice logic very mon biased video 😂😂

Most doctors in the US don't even know what a healthy diet is.
@kennymartin12448 жыл бұрын
You're right, they don't have a clue. Important to note that all medical schools are owned and operated by, or fully sponsored by, big pharma. If "we" were all healthy, non-meat eaters, neither "we," nor the "livestock" would need all of their drugs. I say "we" because I think most people who watch these programs have already figured it out. Seemingly impossible to wake up the masses. Tradition is tough competition. I guess everyone wakes up in their own time; some earlier than others.

Medical doctors as their name would indicate are trained to use "medicine." When people go to Medical (medicine) practitioners for treatment what else would they get? Dr's are not trained in medical nutrition therapy, dietitians are. And we generally, with very few exceptions, recommend people move towards a plant based diet.
@kennymartin12448 жыл бұрын
Yes, so true... but I was delivered from my mother's womb by a "medical doctor," as were my own children (and the vast majority of people living in the world today. Just as we are socialized into believing food is entertainment to be enjoyed (also comforter), we are socialized into believing that doctors exist to cure us, (when in actuality, if we're lucky, they merely treat symptoms. Neither of which is true. Welcome to the rabbit hole.

It often seems only the rich get good health care. But at least we can educate ourselves and get ourselves healthy. My Grandmother lived on rice n beans (and salad), and chicken stew & fish all her life--lived to 98. And walked 5 flights up every day til probably her 60's. Get a new dr now though! Healing takes time, and your symptoms sound SERIOUS. Do the meds at least for now, and keep up the veg diet, and hopefully you can get off the meds soon. Good luck!

If by "all in on it" you're referring to people that are seeing a video about diet and vegan in the same title and passing by because they're not interested in changing their diet then yes, they are all in on it. Nobody wants to hear bad news about their bad habits. No conspiracy theories necessary.

Justin Morgan Facebook, twitter and many other sites are calling anything that goes against the common belief, "fake news", and are censoring what is being posted. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Sad to hear that Dr McDougall has passed away. RIP and prayer for his family's comfort and healing. I am glad to hear they will continue his message and fight for what is right. Great video. I am so grateful that no matter what Dr McDougall spoke out boldly against the lies and told it like it is - it's the money that rules. Everything is follow the money, today. Dr McDougall's voice reminds me of the Bible's message. When read as it is suposed to be read, we hear the message that God created us to embody him to STEWARD this earth in His Image, not to exploit everything according to our own desires for our own best interests regardless of what we do does to the earth or animals or our own health. Dr McDougall spoke the truth. May his work and message continue to speak LOUDLY in this world. We may still go over the cliff because money is what speaks loudest. But we can't stop speaking loudly anyway! The earth may very well spit us out as Dr. McDougall speaks to - the effects of our lifestyles on climate - the Bible speaks to this as well! We are not taking proper care of the earth and animals, we are messing up the delicate balance of all life with our selfish lifestyles, and the earth is reacting. Jesus will return one day. I pray that we all wake up and start swimming upstream of this culture and following God's good instructions. From the beginning in Genesis 1:29 he prescribed a plant based diet! I pray we examine ourselves and our participation in this consumeristic follow the money trail world and REJECT it - do all we can to live as God would have had us live AS STEWARDS, and be doing his very good will when he returns, that he would find us faithful! AMEN

LOL, dude, he doesn't eat turkey. He says the Turkey and himself suffer every thanksgiving, because Vegans sometimes make things black and white and that turns people off to even give a listen. So, if he approaches people not as a Vegan, but as a healthy 70yo man that Eats starches and plants and every other year maybe eats turkey, people may go, OH, he eats Plants and is healthy, Maybe I should eat plants more often. It's quite the tactic, but it's more about the message that he conveys. He may not even go around using this bs turkey nonsense, but he was trying to tell Vegans to stop being so condescending. I'm a Vegan and I don't say oh I'm vegan, you're not, you suck. I let people ask questions and tell them I'm vegan when they ask if they didn't at the beginning of the encounter, that way it's more about their benefit or the animals benefit or the environments benefit. Labels are a turnoff to most, simple as that.

I don't think most Doctors are very educated when it comes to nutrition. They also subscribe to the low carb movement because they are not aware that it is unhealthy. It is true we can take a look at our doctors who are over 40, and note most of them do not appear healthy. I agree that many vegans are too militant, and scare people away from veganism. I live in Canada in a neighbourhood with many Asians, and it is absolutely scary to see how much meat that they buy at our local food store. I don't think that they know any better. I think most doctors are not informed about nutrition because the meat and dairy industry is promoting themselves as healthy. It is true about our planet. There is no reset button. Once we have gone too far, we cannot turn back.
