I had my husband listen to his advise regarding ED. We are 72 and he thinks it just happens to every man his age. All of my other markers have come back reversed and phenomenal and have gotten off all of my medication’s that I was on, which wasn’t much, but that issue has stayed the same. That’s just my take from my life experience. Totally believe in a Whole Foods plant-based diet and will never go back to eating processed food or meat again, yet I feel like it does not reverse that, unless I was just too far gone at that point as far as blood flow.

The thing is that I found eating a solid plant-based diet for 10 years now is it so many people around me jumped on the vegan bandwagon. I’m gonna call it that because when you do something out of trend and not necessarily for deep healing, then you kinda get what you get. But people are forgetting that all the nutrients that you get out of meat that were adopted by the animal that you’re eating because it was eating plants, the forgotten puzzle piece is actually herbs, tonic herbs, medicinal herbs. These incredibly necessary and were made specifically for the organs in our Chalk loaded with minerals vitamins, and a lot of the things that fruits by themselves cannot offer. The body is two sides acid and alkaline keeping an alkaline body predominantly would mean just basically be eating fruits and vegetables. Keeping a highly acidic pH in the body would be consuming a high proteindiet finding a way to be in the middle hydrating the cellular life, and most importantly, keeping the lymphatic system clear. Because once your septic tank in your house is full and you keep flushing your toilet, it will overflow.

If you had problems with a vegan diet, You had the wrong vegan diet, that's it. You see when you follow a meat-based diet, you don't have many options but meat. In a vegan diet, you have countless options in your hands. Right knowledge is the key. That's why you need to listen to experienced nutritionists and doctors about what food does to your body, and what are its nutritional values, a kidney patient should avoid a high protein, high, potassium, high phosphorus diet. Avocado is dense in nutrition but if you eat a whole avocado as a proteinuria patient, you're calling for trouble for its high potassium level. So, you add only a quarter of it to your diet. You eat sugary fruits in moderation and mostly eat berries. Buckwheat, quinoa, and many grains have lectin, so you need to soak and wash them for some time and boil them for a long time. Millet is one of the lectin-free grains. I make flax seed flour chocolate cake using monk fruit sweetener and a touch of honey, but it doesn't give the feeling of real cake's sponginess so I add a few spoons of oat flour in it. It's not 50-50, it's about 75-90% flax seed powder and 15-10% oats and it's amazing, I add apples, pomegranates, and berries occasionally, and finish with a spoon of good quality grass-fed ghee and apple cider vinegar. I even add a spoonful of wheat grass powder and coffee/macha sometimes when available. Refrigerate it for an hour or more then mix again last time and it's done. If you add honey, don't heat up the honey for it becomes unhealthy if you do so- Ayurveda. That's it, follow doctor Gundry and other experts on KZbin and they have all the right info you need.

I have to disagree with him. I would recommend the meditereanian style lifestyle. Working in the supplement business for yrs has opened my eyes greatly. There are many pluses to vegetarian. You do feel lighter, cleaner and can run up those stairs as if you were 16 again, you are most likely a peacefull soul too🚩 but not all is rosy on that side of the fence. There are downsides. The body requires a multiplicity of various nutrients which can only come from a wide variety type diet. Your body tissues require it. The doctor mentions flax over fish. Yes fish is extremely contaminated today with pcb's, mercury and more but it is better for brain health and maintaining hormone levels. Supplements remove those toxins. Flax lowers testosterone if you eat it regularly and is inferior to animal sources like fish omegas. The one advantage to flax is again you are more likely to be a more loving peacefull individual not given to war etc. Is that due to lowered hormone levels? 🚩More than likely. If you are a longtime vegetarian you also put yourself at risk for osteoporosis plus cognitive and mouth issues. Many doctors don't know or choose to leave out the negatives in a diet and paint the entire picture as rosy. 🚩 They all do it and unfortunately we suffer. Oftentimes you can avoid a whole array of health issues just by having your daily supply of adequate nutrients via natures food. All those insane new fad diets from keto, vegan etc unfortunately rear their ugly head yrs later and oftentimes that damage cannot be reversed. Protect yourself and your body by getting adequate nutrition.

And noooo I don't mean eat animals that are alive, then again you would kill and it's dead. But I can't give you the answer because you do what your mind tells you anyways until you break out of that and actually be able to listen to what the heart says ❤ and if you are not an AI, I'm sure compassion comes very naturally and organically 😂

Genetics make everyone unique. Even the environnement and habits have to be taken into account. One diet may not be adequat for one but for another.

You had the wrong vegan diet, that's it. You see when you follow a meat-based diet, you don't have many options but meat.

Very much supported. Look up Dr Greger any of his books: How not to die, How not to age. Or Dr Campbell- The China study. All support these claims

Little do you know veganism is not a diet it is a ethical stance against animal cruelty and exploitation It is basically about not harming innocent animals.
@johannaj20096 ай бұрын
@@VeganCorie well yes you are right. but in the end vegans kill more animals than non vegans and also cause climate change a lot more. Plus harming their own health

You are very ignorant. The longest lived most healthy populations on the planet eat almost entirely plants and next to no meat, eggs, fish or dairy.
