One of my first deliveries to them was a whole pickup full of parts and a slant 6 engine, when I went through the gate, headed towards a huge shop was a parking lot full of vans and probably 100 Plymouth Valiants, all equipped with slant 6 engines. That six looks like it belongs/grew there!!! I bet the weight distribution is the same or better than original. What an awesome idea, and a super cool project!!! A one of a kind car for sure, and with probably the last choice of engines anyone would ever consider. That makes it that much better!!! Cant wait to see this all together, and totally lookin fwd to a max-effort 170!!!👍👍

Did you hear where the guys at roadkill said they wanted proof swapping pistons to the opposite side would create more power from a dyno they clowned uncle tony pretty hard I think you should do a dyno proof like they asked for just saying

@@hendo337 if it creates more power how can it not show up on paper the claim was more power from swapping pistons around if it only helps throttle response then what was told was not true but if it does create power how can it not I'm just asking I really don't know never have done it to say I would just like to see

That’s a perfect engine choice for that project, only he would think of that

Much rather see this build than watch the usual “ I’ll just have this k frame made from billet titanium on my $250,000 Haas.”

You mean like the Carcass "Budget" Jeep DJ build? That is budget... spend as much money on fancy shit as the sponsors will cough up.... a lot apparently.

Check out the Aussie version of the slant 6 in our earlier Valiants. We've got a system that has the oil filter remote from the pump and mounted on the manifold side of the engine. Very easy access to the filter.

Still kit bashing after all these years! Love it. I stuffed a 426 hemi in a viper model.

OK, you're now officially crazier than my neighbor who is trying to put a Mercruiser 470 in a Miata...LOL

Hi Tony, that is going to be so cool . it reminds of a swap that a guy that I knew in the 1970s built a drag car .it was a Opel wagon that he put a 426 hemi mid center
