Slim Shady is addiction. But as the saying goes "you never stop being an addict". The real death of slim shady happened in 2007 (overdose/sobriety) and this album serves as a pre-cursor, current time, and future foreshadowing of Slim Shady if the addiction continued (Somebody Save Me). So the death of slim shady doesn't mean Slim shady is done and nobody died. The internal battle with these demons will continue like they did after When I'm Gone and My Darling.

You get it Krizz. You can tell when Em is dissing someone and when he is just playing around. I feel like more people should understand that just getting mentioned in a Eminem song is kind of a big deal. You have two choices at that point either be offended, or take it and run with it and get your recognition.

Well done BP for pushing Krizz into the reaction space! He is not only very knowledgeable, but also highly likable! And that‘s a great combination. ❤ Eminem‘s middle name is Bruce btw. I think this album discusses the tricky balance between saying what’s on your mind and maybe hurting people, which is a real dilemma vs holding back and feeling oppressed, because people get offended by every little thing to the point words are somehow perceived as being on the same level of evil as real crimes. 🫣 And there are also the negative consequences when you don’t say something to be polite. (Fat shaming vs Diabetes) I know it’s difficult with Eminem, but a litte bit of bar breakdown would be nice. At least explain what you caught that makes you laugh. 😉 I don’t think anyone is hating little people. Perhaps that makes the M word less serious to hear in most people’s opinion. 🤷🏼♀️ Thank you for your reaction. I really enjoyed it. ❤ One thing though: I did not miss your intro 😜 (I‘d sugarcoat it, but I don’t know how… I just don’t like the intro 😅)

Yooo great reaction, Kaliko was good company! Check it though, you guys missed the very end: "I'm just playin little people, you know I love you!" 🤣🤣 Also if you listen carefully, Em says about dudes wearing dresses: "who cares, that's their business" and in another song he just straight up says "regarding trans rights, I'm for it. I really am" So really he's not going after these groups, he's going after the PC / cancel culture malarkey that is always white-knighting for them (probably without even being asked to). That's how I interpret it anyway! Word 🤘
