That's a meaningless point. Big Ben and Brady played a large portion of their careers in an era with lower completion %. In 2007, Big Ben was 5th in league with a 65.3 percent passing compeltion %. That would be ranked 19th amongst all qbs with more than 100 attempts last year. Furthermore, it isnt that much higher than the shot version of big ben last year due to NFL rule changes inflating passing number. It's way easier to throw above 65 percent now then was when Ben and Brady started their careers.

i think being a fan of a guy is one thing. rooting for him is one thing but besides Lamars MVP season he has been an average QB at best. His regression the last 2 years is a real thing. The passing game being an upgrade when Huntley was in the game is a real thing.His passing limitations and making reads and not being able to use the whole field is a real thing...He is beyond popular and is a great football player but he is about top 15 which is fine nothing wrong with that but with Lamars game it isn't the same as everyone else so you have to understand that. He doesnt even want to run as much as he used to which is what The Ravens would rather him do with his passing limitations. The difference with him and a Dak or Watson or Kyler or Cousins Carr etc is that those guys are by far better passers and many believe that those guys with the right pieces and equal situations can take you further. That MVP season is a blessing and a curse for Lamar. That offense was a 3 tight end heavy set running formation that teams were not ready for and they took the league by storm that year. the NFL is about adjustments and the past 2 seasons teams have figured it out and are daring him to throw. kansas city and the colts GAVE the ravens those 2 comeback wins last year. Justin Tucker saved them against Detroit and like 4 times at the end of games. Lamar had 16tds 13ints last year with like 10 fumbles...like come on. Even with that MVP year nobody around the league thinks he is top 10 or as good as his fans do. Baltimore doesnt want to pay him as the best QB in the game and there is a reason for that. They would have made the playoffs but they would have lost 1st game just like steelers. He just needs to improve and he has to take it upon himself to do that.
