this is genuinely so beautiful and perfect, not just the way they interact but how they sound and how you hear them express themselves. Its such a natural and real exchange accompanied by the music and ticking sound effects as well as those of life, it is so enchanting and brings everything together and makes it feel so elavated. "I miss you already" just really played on my feels.

The choice of pastelish-like colours… The art style that deeply reminds me of Adventure Time, reminding me really of my childhood and brings nostalgia… Those little shimmering stars are sooo familiar to me as well, is that… perhaps from… some Super Mario game or something..? i definitely hear the same think it's nearly identical. I think it uses the same notes and scale. Memory/Bounding Through Time and this also seem to use a combination of piano, synth, and clock ticking.

@@NeatCrownBounding Through Time was indeed the main reference for the ending cue! I’ve always loved that piece of music, and felt this was a perfect film to utilize it as reference! (Though, maybe a bit too heavy handedly 😅) It’s the mostly the same pentatonic riff structure, but centered around the 7th as opposed to the 9th and some weirder timings on auxiliary synth parts.

@@Toastrz97 As much as it is heavy-handed, those heavy hands are equally as delicate. Although it is extremely similar, I love it regardless because its inspiration is from a game that is very near and dear to me. It brought back those feelings of bittersweet melancholy that I had felt before. Whenever I hear it, it makes me tear up, and it fits perfectly.

I love how urgent yet calm it feels. I really felt each second go by as the countdown reached zero. The emotions and the character dynamics felt so real, and it was guided by an amazing soundtrack. I love how it also feels like rpg with different scenerios with the level up effects at 0:40 and the different scenerios gone through at the end. The end sequence was especially amazing, it really got me to think about all the different timelines they went through together. Amazing work!!

4 minutes. that’s all it took for me to sob. what a beautiful film😭 the storytelling here was simply amazing, and to literally build the world, tell the story, and hit me in the feels real bad in that amount of time… and the ANIMATION?? this should be winning awards. simply amazing. usually don’t take the time to leave a like on videos, but i had to here. this is beautiful.

i love that the visuals make it so easy to understand that this is a “soulmates in every universe” trope. NOT a bad thing at all, in fact quite the opposite! animation/ film / storytelling in general is best when it’s show versus tell. and this showed a lot through the art. i love it

LOSING MY MIND OVER THIS AAAAAA THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!! I love the art and animation style, the character designs, the banter, the voice acting, and oh lord that whole ending!!!!!! It's so touching and sweet. Kinda gave me Good Omens vibes and mean that in the best possible way, just that feeling of being connected at the soul across timelines, eras, from the heavens to the earth and below. this is so beautiful beyond words!!! the colors are so calming in the beginning and I love the floating sequence. all the outfits at the end tell their own story and the transition between the paint and the blood is genius. the voices fit the characters very well, they're both so charming. Avery's head blocking the timer at 2:42 is such a great detail. Avery and June's dynamic and persevering romance is so lovely to watch and I want to see more of them so badly!!

I have never been so utterly in love with a concept as this. Your storytelling is SO refreshing and "in every universe" is always such a beautiful idea, except you've got beautiful colours and gorgeous, individually expressive character designs. You should be so proud of this!! ALSO the interactions and dialogue feel so human and heartwarming too!!!! I feel so inspired as a creator after watching this
