Super Bowl champion, Cliff Avril, brings you through his full at-home forty-minute workout including warmup, exercises, and cool down.
This workout is performed in intervals of 30 seconds on, and 30 seconds off. Each exercise will be performed three times.
00:00 - Start
0:49 - Warm Up
7:15 - Workout Begins
7:31 - Push Ups
10:37 - Step Ups/ Lunges
14:06 - Bicycles
16:28 - Dips
19:24 - Body Squats
22:41 - Toe Touches
25:26 - Push Ups with emphasis on shoulders
29:06 - Body Lunges
32:09 - Planks
35:36 - Cool down

I found this very useful. I’m a defensive end and finding workouts that are meant for them kind of spice up the workout schedule from being bland to having a bit more fire.

@@narcissistkel345 work on your footwork to make sure you’re explosive and don’t trip yourself up and make sure to always keep your hands moving and that tackle away from you. His job is to hold you there or keep you from moving.

Really depends on your overall workout routine! If you're looking to get a good overall body workout, you can do this 3-5 times a week. If you are already working out on your own, this can be good to add in every now and then for a good cardio/conditioning addition to your routine.
