I want to love this course… the green complexes are a really fun challenge. But the pace of play is brutal on weekends, and the freeway really takes me out of the experience. I’d take Cinnabar all day if I could get a tee time more easily!

I agree that the pace of play can be realllyyy bad here because of the challenge it brings for some golfers. Also the freeway is pretty noisy compared to Cinnabar that is more inland and away from traffic. If only I could get a tee time at Cinnabar I would play it way more often!

Is Cinnabar busy on Wednesdays? I’m coming from out of town soon and I want to play a nice course. Not sure where to play though. I definitely want a challenge.

before every round i play there: #11 doesn't suite your shot shape, just lay up and make bogey at worst. get to the tee box (regardless of how i'm hitting driver): maybe i'll get lucky

I feel your pain on #11. Anyone who has played this hole has had at least one blowup trying to go for the green. Nice close out on the back 9 to string some pars together.

Hey I played there last Thursday. I played back and birdied number 11. I've been burned there too many times. The greens were in really good shape. I actually prefer the Valley course. Nice finish on some tough finishing holes, way to not give up.

Yeah the valley course is a good time and a lot less stressful than the tourney course. Nice bird on 11!

I played the Valley course there. It was fun but very challenging. One of these days I will play the tournament course. Great round. Way to not falter down a spiral and get it back. Did you try Matt Soza's advice of breaking the round into 6 groups of 3 holes? Looking forward to the next one.

I haven't tried that yet. Definitely is a good technique if you know the course well in advance and can plan ahead. Hope the scores are low this year G!

I think cinnabar is a better and more interesting track for sure. It's just really hard to get tee times there. And lol Phil's calves yeah got that going for me and a belly like Daly 🤣
