Hi! This is what I figured out so far: 1. Ecto spawns at the start of the game, so you can focus on finding ectoplasm early game until the ghost manifests 2. EMF is a 25% chance to turn from EMF 2-4 to EMF 5 so I don't roll them out right away. If i don't get a reading, I still keep it open. 3. Fingerprints last around 30 seconds. I usually roll out Ecto and Fingerprints first, then do spirit box (again, 25% chance to work). If none of them do stuff, I still keep an eye out for EMF and Spirit Box until I get all 3 that I need (temps, painting or ESG). This game is very RNG based. I had a game where I got ecto at the entrance, then spirit box in the kitchen right as I entered and then got EMF 5 on first item throw. On others, I had to wait for 15 minutes in the tent for the ESG to work or paint. The reason while thermo is not good enough early game is because you lose valuable time that you could've used to scout for evidence. You basically have about 5-10 minutes before a hunt is forced, depending on the ghost and difficulty.

I think the Guipo has something to do with frequency of what I would call "environmental events". It's an indirect effect on sanity, but everytime it is a Guipo, events that change the eviroment happen a lot more than normal.

Hi, Isnym. My suggestion is that try to start with EMF and Canvas. Once you locate the ghost room with EMF , put canvas immediately and use SpiritBox often to force the Ghost for an activity. It works for me usually

Ectoplasm is actually easier to do in the dark because it shines much brighter in the dark where it gets washed out in the light

There's also only a few questions that work with the spirit box.... "What's your name", "can you talk/speak" "are you shy", "where are you", and I think there might be a couple more that I can't remember off the top of my head

"How did you die" is another one, sometimes it just talks because you're near it.

The hole in the bathroom is a reference to Silent Hill 4: The Room. That game had spirits that invade ur apartmentthat u needed to exorcise.

17:13 They made some changes with the newest update. Solo mode now has a 1.5 multiplier so even on Medium on Hospital I get over $6000.

When I was checking the patch note. They did mention "Safe spot" being fixed. So there must be some hiding spots somewhere but I never found it!

Fun little fact is you can loop the ghost in the main lobby in multiplayer. Whoever is outside, just make sure to not stand at the door when the ghost changes targets.

Cool, the crucifix totally stops a hunt now! During your first stream, the Dev in chat said that it gives you a 10 second grace peroid before continuing the hunt. Amazing video!

The first game i experienced on hospital was definitely something. First, all the events really spooked me.. but the fact that the ghost was a revenant and that it hunted me at 80% was insane.. correct me if Im wrong but Im pretty sure as of right now with all the info we have of the ghosts, revenant and oni are the most dangerous ghosts

i know they increased the ESG by 10% and added voice commands, but we're still having so much trouble trying to get it to appear. especially the goryo. the text says that we should be far away, but the only time its shown up for me for specifically the goryo, is when i walked right up to it. that, and the room bleed in cyclone st. is just instant fun killers.

I kind of feel like Hard mode isn't worth doing. Takes too long to get evidence, and with ghost swapping rooms...just feels like there's no time. So you guess wrong, no money or exp. I think i'll stick with Medium. At least I can finish a map.

Wait.. the game didnt give you penalty if you select the wrong ghost as long you didnt do the exorcism?(Min 1:31:25).. That means you can just hop on the map select a ghost and go out without a penalty? Thats kinda stupid.. :D

@@KesshOxCry True but also the probability of guessing a ghost with no evidence is 1 in 24 so about 4% chance of guessing. Probably faster to actually play the game to get the money rather than always guessing, so I guess that is why there is no penalty.
