Because both Mickey and Triton knew about the keyblade wielder and the rules of inter-world relations I always assumed as a kid that all “world leaders” understood these rules. Triton knows cause he’s the king, Mickey knows cause he’s the king. I guess it would be a better theory if I could come up with a third example

Ooo Sarah you've sparked a memory of you mentioning an education game, it was called Jumpstart Adventures 4th Grade: Haunted Island. I used to love playing that game in my class after finishing with my assignments, it was one of my reasons why I love Halloween and TNBC along with HT being in Kingdom Hearts 🎃💕
