Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale 2 - Character Ideas

A sequel to the infamous Playstation all-stars has been far too overdue. Not 'Infamous' the video game series, but uhh whatever. Here's some characters I'd love to see become playable in PSASBR2.

I think instead of making the sequel a Smash clone I think this potential sequel should play like Marvel vs Capcom 2/3 but with the Sony characters. Going that route would make this game a certified hit.

There's also the question of which characters should get rival scenes with each other. Crash/Spyro and Nathan/Laura are obvious but what else?

Yeah good point, I completely forgot about that. Those ones are pretty good but nothing else is too obvious. Most of the rivals in the first game were pretty random though tbf. Resident Evil vs Silent Hill could be a cool crossover, and maybe have Sackboy's new rival be Iota as they are both craft/patchwork.

Yeah those are great pairings! My favourite of the bunch is easily 2B and Raiden. Oh and Dante and Kratos works perfectly. That makes much more sense than Sweet Tooth imo

@WumbleWasp Yeah Dante had a lot of good options. Kratos, Alucard, Joker, Noctis... Also you could probably swap the two FF rivals and it'd still work, if Nariko didn't get removed I would've put Aloy againsts her, and Cole's perfect rival would've been Alex Mercer from Prototype.

I think a soft reboot of Playstation all stars would work better because I don't think Sony wants to associate with the All star Battle Royale name anymore.
