I don't know how to explain it, nor do I really want to know, But I'm almost always in the mood for good Chili Dogs, and these looked great, and you gotta have Fritos with them. You got welding skills so you can do it. I don’t, so I bought mine. Southwest Disk makes these out of actual plow blades, he orders them brand new and un-drilled so there is no plugged hole in the center. They offer several handle choices, and as for my research offers the only ones pre-seasoned and ready to cook. They are also very reasonably priced. I have no affiliation with Southwest disk, I just think this veteran owned business is doing things right. That being said, if I could have made made my own, I would have made my own.
