Plumbing a portable dishwasher for permanent installation

okay so i have been looking and looking for a video to plumb a portable as a built in...working on it now...but this explains pretty well what i was looking to do...i got it installed turned on hot water and it is leaking so i'm assuming after watching that it was because i didn't do what you do one long water line i tried to connect their portable line with a connector to a real water line...should have opened back up of d/w and just did one whole line...so yes this was very helpful video ...thank you so much!

I just got a homelabs countertop dishwasher that I'm trying to install permanently under the sink. I've got all the drain plumbing properly set up and not leaking. I've got the T connection on and running to the back of the dishwasher, and I've got the dishwasher evacution running to into the drain pipe. All good. But yeah, the hot water line into the dishwasher appears to be leaking. Also, I turn on the hot water valve and it seems to just run and run, filling up the dishwasher. Can anyone clue me in to what I've done wrong here? Thanks.

keith murray I thought the Homelabs heated it’s own water and just needed a water connection.

Okay - but my portable dishwasher is on the other side of the kitchen from the sink. It holds up my fold down table top ( small kitchen so the dishwasher literally doubles as a table support ! 'Permanent installation' - Is this do able perhaps with pipes installed under the floor that go over to the sink, etc. ?!
