When I was in high school and community college, I worked with my father and uncle. My father was a building contractor. I wish I could say it was more peaceful like the way you and your father work together. I spent out of my time counseling my father and uncle so they wouldn’t get into a big argument before the concrete came for houses. That’s a big reason why I went to to get a masters degree in counseling. But I did enjoy the construction field. 😀. Great video Eric. Next time you bought a hole with a concrete drill, try using a cold chisel too. 👍🏼

Just to make sure that the pipes or the valves in there will never freeze you can put a piece of foam on top of them to act as insulation and you will never have problems.Congratulations for your work all the best and blessings from Greece.

Just a idea we're the water main manifold is. If you can run a wire and add a light bulb holder or outlet. If it decides to get real cold you can add a 60w light bulb in there and it keep it warm and won't freeze. We did this to our underground pump house and works like a charm, we thought ground temp would be good but once it drops below 15 we have trouble. Also be nice to have outlet anyways for future repair or service. Great job as always

We put a manifold in about like you did a few years ago for a shed. Concrete pit and everything. We went to the hardware store and picked up some 2” pink board, cut it to the size of the pit put a sting in there for a handle. Slid it in the pit for insulation propped up by a few short 2X4s. Never had a problem. Good for thought.
