12:36, that rat received a soothing "body lengthening" session from two of the dogs. LOL love it! And that Ferret handled business at 13:23, lol you could hear the sounds of the struggle then he emerges with the dead rat, this is just bad ass!!

As much as it was a bit painful as a rat owner to hear them squeak in pain (at least it only lasts for a second or two), this video is really superb at depicting just how good terriers are at killing vermin. Not only the tenacity and speed at which they moved through in a rough environment, but what I was amazed most was how quick the dogs let go of their catch when commanded. It is certainly not an easy thing to train a dog to let go of it's posession while it is in an excited state, but these terriers had no problem with it whatsoever! Just amazing. (: Whay I enjoyed most was how quick they come when the owners say "Here here here!". Makes me laugh at how much they understand. Dunno why I laugh. It's always a good thing to let dogs do what the've been bred for. These kinds of videos are educational.

+plummerterrier2012 Flea shampoo is poisonous, it's totally unnecessary, baby soap is just fine. It kills fleas by drowning them, because viscosity of water mixed with foam is much higher and water can enter cuticula (outer skeleton) and drown them. Believe me, I was getting rid my dogs of fleas regularly this way. Not 1 flea would survive...

+sant maris Spelling and grammar Nazis are lame and usually are in need of something called a life, so I don't usually bother correcting. If any one here want to whine who awful this may seem to be honest this is the most natural form of rat removal there is. More to the point, this is a hell of a lot better than poisoning the little shits. Ya wouldn't want a pet cat or dog eating a poisoned rat carcass, that would more than likely kill the pet. Sides it's what dogs like these were bred to do in the first place. Keep up the good work lads!

I hope those dogs got full medical treatment after the ratting as they might have been infected with worms, lices, fleas, and diseases. There's no other choice, there rats just have to be killed. I find that using terrier is far more effective than using cats and ferrets. Cats, however, are good for individual household ratting especially at night, and ferrets are good for grassy mound terrain with small holes.
