This vertical jump workout will help you increase your reactive ability and strength.
This vertical jump workout includes plyometrics and strength training.
This is only 1 vertical jump workout out of 36 in the Vertical Jump Truth dunk training system.

Warm Up - Push Ups For 3 Minutes
One Leg Up And Down Jumps 4x16 reps
One Leg Side To Side Jumps 4x16 reps
One Leg Stair Jumps 4 sets
Two Leg Stair Jumps 4 sets
Standing Broad Jumps 4x6 reps
Side To Side Vertical Jumps 4x6 reps
One Leg and Two Leg Vertical Jumping For Max Height Until Performance Decrease
Do not do this workout more than twice a week.
Get at least 2-3 days of rest between workout days!
