@@WonkyStool I have a set of workouts that I complete weekly. They comprise of calisthenics, plyometrics, core exercises, long distance runs and sprints. I will write up the regime at some point 👍

OMG!🤔🙈I would try those step ups. I just gotta try it out first slowly🐌 until I feel comfortable doing them faster.🪑🦵🤯
