Hi! This is great and pretty much what I was looking for. Your videos about pipedrive are very helpfull. One question, is it possible to transfer notes from the won deal to the one being created in a diffrent pipeline ? It's important for me since I record all interactions with the customer there.

Thanks! Do you have a video explaining the use of the Revenue subscription feature? What's the use of it if you already have a renewal pipeline?

There is a new recurring revenue feature but we don't have a video about this just yet. Thanks for the suggestion.

This is a great video! Quick question - when the deal is won and triggers the automation, I noticed you automated some follow-up activities relating to initiating the renewal the next year. Alternatively, I'm interested in automating some check-in emails throughout the course of the year before the renewal billing process begins again. Could one simply substitute sending sending automated emails in 30, 60 and 180 days after the deal is won - just like how you set up the activities? Or would you recommend a different automation for that?

This wouldn't be possible as Pipedrive's delays in the automation can only go up to 90 days. Therefore, it may be best to schedule an activity instead as a reminder to email them later in the year.

what if i use the subscription feature in the deals pipeline (bottom of the deal info) and it shows yearly/monthly renewal. I only want to track deals that have been lose or their subscription payment hasn't gone through. Would there be any way to automate or check that?
@minor-co7 ай бұрын
Possibly but you'd need to connect whatever software you're using for the payments (e.g. Stripe) to talk with Pipedrive to update the CRM if a payment is made or doesn't go through. Please let me know if we can help with this.

Hello, Thank you for the explanation. Our company has 12 months contracts with automatic renewals. Unless the client breaks the contrat a few months ahead, he will automatically be engaged for another 12 months. Would you still recommend to implement a renewal pipeline in our situation ? Thank you !
@minor-co8 ай бұрын
Yes, a renewals pipeline would still be useful. If they break the contract, you can then mark the deal as lost and this will help you measure your renewal conversion rate.

Do you recommend this approach for companies who have 3 or 5 year contracts? It seems like there could be a build up in the renewals pipeline here. Would it not be better to delay the deal to be created until the renewal date approaches?
@minor-co11 ай бұрын
Yes, I probably would as it would be useful to see the long-term value of those renewals in your pipeline as they build up over time.

@@minor-co but how can you set up a contract renwal date in the automation - it caps out at 2 years...??? Cheers SM

Great video! What is the difference between building this renewal pipeline and working with pipedrive subscriptions plans that you explianed here kzbin.info/www/bejne/n4avmWeKirKIo6c I mean, they overlap each other? Thanks!

Good question. In my business I manage the initial subscription sale and the renewal all on the same pipeline (some people prefer to use different pipelines and it comes down to personal choice). I use a custom field to denote whether it's a new subscription or renewal.
