The tool used is cadence virtuoso. Please watch the video from the beginning to the end. I have explained step by step how to set up circuit parameters. If you still have any doubts, please elaborate on which particular parameter you are referring to.

I have reversed the polarities of VDS and VGS in order to plot the graph with positive values in the 1st quadrant so that it becomes easier to understand. Kindly watch the video from 1:43, I have explained the same in detail.
