Starmer does play party politics. I,m not defending BJ, but until Labour offer an alternative vision rather than supporting the government at every turn, then criticising there policies, Kier Starmer will always have to settle for small mid term victories. And defeat at the ballot box. Behind Kier Starmer as you look at this KZbin video are Labour members far more divided than the Tories. Kier Starmer will have to do something that no Labour leader has ever had to do. That is to unite the progressive and the left. It is not possible. His address to the nation was desperate. Had the govt followed Starmer last year, millions of people would have made holiday arrangements and then had to cancel them and no Starmer is not supporting the govt at every turn, that is simply untrue there is nothing I can see in this video that indicates Labour are divided. I know Labour are divided -they are effectively 2 separate parties, Starmer has inherited a party at its most divided after Corbyn years. More of Johnson's lies about the EU and insinuations about the European Medicines Agency - Belgium, Portugal, France, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, etc. - all EU members and all ahead of the UK with their vaccine rollouts and a greater percentage of their populations vaccinated.

You actually think the charlatan would ever say anything that is not a lie. The Commission VP Sefcovic who is not a native speaker but is a diplomat, when asked if trusted Johnson and his regime made an erudite response that, without actually saying so, left no-one in doubt that the short answer was a clear ‘no we do not trust these people’.

When Boris says "the British people" don't want to hear about the alleged parties at No 10, what he is really saying is that he doesn't want to hear any more about the parties at No.10. Maybe Boris, being a down-to-earth man of the people, can claim to represent the wishes of the British people, just by claiming it enough times. I cant claim to know what the British people want, but I certainly would like the police to get to the bottom of these parties, am I the only member of the British public that wants this?

Every time Johnson lies someone needs to ask if he'll return to the house to correct the record. This will be recorded and is, incredibly, the only way to call out this clueless grifter. Personally, I'm happy with members standing up and calling him a liar to his face Dawn Butler style. Parliamentary procedure needs to be overhauled to restore some level of faith and trust. I have to ask, when the oaf Johnson claims the British people want... how many normal people does he actually know, billionaire russian oligarch's sons don't count.

He knows that these restrictions are against every principle of proper Conservatives and he is therefore 'egging' him on by pushing for further restrictions and playing it like 'support'. Starmer is pushing unpopular policies knowing it isn't him that will need take the heat.
