Thanks for the video. I did a full lawn Reno and put down 100% Lesco Double Eagle Perennial Rye. Lawn came in beautiful. However I didn't get my lawn fully established until mid-October and got my Dimension down a little late. This spring I have very little poa, a few isolated spots that are very small, about the size of the bottom of a water glass. I think I am going to hand cut the spots out and just apply new seed or let it grow back in itself. I just don't want it to spread. Luckily my two neighbors next to me take care of their lawns and houses pretty well. The neighbors across the street are the complete opposite - salad gardens and they feed the birds.

Poa is the devils grass. hopefully that combo knocks it back. Tenacity works much better at max rate imo. Everyone goes with the 1 teaspoon per 2 gallons of water(because that's what the syringe it comes with shows) then they still spray that over 2k sqft instead of 1k sqft because we are all trained that 1 gallon covers 1k.. Max rate is actually 1.1 teaspoon in 1.4 gallons of water per 1k sqft. And as a post emergent herbicide, surfactant is required for results. That being said its still not the BEST at some things, but I find its versatility with post emergent control and a short pre emergent window along with being able to seed with it makes it an amazing weed control.
