Ooo Something i forgot to add was Pereira's lowkick started out as a kickboxing habit. Before kickboxing he was a skilled boxer. He would intentionally not turn his hip when kicking his opponents to help load his crashing left hook. Now it's critical point in the current low kick meta of MMA. Really says alot about taking what you already do well and getting the most out it. 🙏🏾👊🏾
