Video is only 1080p but looks smooth and beautiful. LG G4 and Samsung can shoot 4K but who cares when video is like jelly and shaking like crazy... This phone is pretty impressive.

I definitely agree that 1080p is more than enough for any smartphone. Frankly I would rather have had a 1080p display on my 6p. Probably would have added a full hour of onscreen time. Something I have found that I need of late.

I wonder if the power saving modes really work. I have a Sony Z5 and put them on and still lose 20% of battery over night. It's the same when the modes are off. I say it's BS on my phone.

Luiz Eduardo From 8am-11pm I'm at about 60-65% with stamina modes on. Ultra stamina I don't use cause it hampers to much for me. Bluetooth stays on for my moto360 and headphones. Using the camera on video it does get pretty hot quickly. It will shut the camera when it gets to hot. I love the phone though. Battery life will not last with heavy users. It has quick charge 2.0 I think. Headphones in the box to. I have an ugly belt case on it cause it will slip off anything.

+TheATTKGaming Neither do I. I saw a story on Yahoo about it killing battery life on phones. I did have a Sony C4 and Google now on 5.0 stopped the camera from working. So you're right that some updates ruin the phone.

Its strange how this series was evolving, the Mate7 came with better screen and same battery but this one is less and its pricey I think they should lower the price in order for the Mate8 to fit in, if anyone can fit that big phone in their pockets
