I just got recommended this video and the last time I watched it probably the week it came out I was depressed af, still living with my parents, 80 pounds heavier and just really really lonely and sad. Today it's like. My mental stuff is under control, I live my best friend whom I married a month ago, I love my job and it's Sunday and I have nothing to do but binge watch the podcasts and play Zelda. Idk why I shared all this but just. If you need to hear it: it gets better, but work on your escape plan whenever u can (saving money, getting help, going to college, working on a promotion).
