Every day I want to tell you my story but it's just so long so here's a short version, I'm 54yrs young spent over 35yrs of my life medicated by doctors, today I'm clean from pharmaceuticals and spend my day's and nights in my gardens or making tinctures balms that are helping many people but I've spent 8yrs in pain and I've lost a dangerous amount of weight, waiting on scans to find out what my body is fighting, well I can't tell you how you've changed my health I'm finally healing, I've spent over 25yrs having extreme panic attacks that twist my stomach leaving my liver and pancreas in pain, milk kefir was my first then kombucha and then water kefir, everyone in my life is also benefiting so much gratitude to you Donna xxx❤

One week after taking water kefir, I've started feeling better. It seem so easy, it's insane! I am usually quite anxious everytime I get asked to do some work thinking that I might do terribly and not be able to solve them on my own. And just three days after taking water kefir, I am just calmer, more chill and feel a little more confident doing my work. It's the first time I actually believed it because it's now happening to me.

L.Reuteri (Lactobacillus) yogurt is the name of it and yes she does have the starter on her website. Hope this helps.

Do you prefer taking kefir over kombucha? For anxiousness, and acid reflux?

Kefir it’s way better! Kefir should be taken everyday , Kambucha should be a snack

Hi Blanca if you cook with kefir it will kill the probiotics . We still like to use it in some recipes as it is a good replacement for buttermilk and contains more vitamins and is 99% lactose free. But just make sure you consume it raw as well for the probiotic benefit.
