Great tutorials. Have you tried using the F6 as an audio interface with an iPhone via USBC? It does require the Apple "Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter" according to the user manual. The Rodecaster Pro 2 also supports audio for USBC to Lighting via Rode's proprietary cable. Hoping Apple will eventually support USBC.

nicely done Chris. what i am beginning to like about your videos is how thorough you are at explaining things in a way that can sometime account for variation of needs in different application. Clear concise and to the point. I think you will get far with this channel. One suggestion if I may: I found that I have to slow you down to 75% most of the time, not because you are unclear, because you talk a bit faster than what the connection between my ear and brain can take lol. but don't mind me, I am not that young and sure the young guys appreciate your tempo.

Yes, that should work as well. The VXLR is just what I had around.

I set this up the same way that you did and for a few calls it worked well. Now, when I play a song through my iPhone or make a call, it has a lot of static and it's very faint coming through when I crank up the gain. Any suggestions on what could be the problem? Thanks

Hey Chris very cool video, I have the Podtrack P4 & was just wondering is there a way to send a phone call & or music into Clubhouse with the Podtrack P4 thanks

With the PodTrack P4 this should be easily done by using a TRRS to TRRS cable and of course then connect all that to an iPhone with an adapter from TRRS to Lightning. With that the Clubhouse room is on channel 3 and all the audio you are sending into the P4 also is sent to the phone (minus the audio coming from the phone).

@@ChrisSpiegl thank you for replying, I actually have an Android phone, & use my older ipad for clubhouse, but I tried bringing in a phone call to Clubhouse with the phone connected via TRRS Cable on channel 3 & the ipad connected with a usbc cable & apple camera adapter on channel 4 & It did not work. Any suggestions would be very helpful, thanks

​@@rickhammond8037 So you have the ipad with Clubhouse connected via USB-C to the P4, then the iPhone with a phone call connected via TRRS to the P4? Did you hear the phone call when listening with headphones on the P4? Are you able to send audio (mic audio) to clubhouse from the P4 to the iPad? Generally, it's hard for me to think what could be going on there. But it sounds like it should be working 🙈.

@@ChrisSpiegl Yes, except I use an Android phone. I only mention that, because I'm not an audio person so I don't know if they process sound differently. When everything is connected, it works fine, until I go up on stage, than no one on Clubhouse can hear me, or the caller speak. & The audio from Clubhouse stops playing on the P4 & begins playing from the speakers on my ipad,

@@rickhammond8037 This is probably because it switches to phone call mode and that may not support the USB-C Audio interface mode you are trying to use.
