Marc & Kathleen, it sounds like you both had an interesting time. I can only imagine the culture shock coming back. The mildew built up after an absence is something I never would have thought of. It is something that is never talked about. Kathleen has a. nice tan. The driving in Puerto Vallarta sounds less complicated. You both are happier in PV , obviously. I love puerto vallarta and the surrounding area, it's just so damn humid in the summer. I live here for now but don't know if I'll be able to handle the sweltering summers in the long term.

Yay! Glad you're back! We will be headed to Mazatlan in Dec for a couple of weeks with our boys. It will be the first "family" vacation to our place there with both kids! This time we have a house sitter for the dog! LOL! Should be a great time! :)

Bienvenido de nuevo a casa! You learned that next time you'll run a dehumidifier on a timer and hang DampRid packets in your closets when you leave for an extended period of time. I recently had to make a one day run from Ensenada back into the US to get my CA smog certificate for the Subaru. After witnessing a couple of guys waving guns at each other on the freeway with horns blaring I couldn't wait to get back to my quiet little home and my welcoming neighbors! It's starting to get chilly here once the sun starts to go down. It was a sunny 75 today but tonight's forecast is 53 and time to break out the heavy blankets! Buena suerte!

Hola, that’s such a nice time to come 😊 I would suggest 5 De Diciembre, Versalles or Las Glorias but it really depends on many factors. All neighbourhoods are pretty different one from another

Generally background lights create a nice ambience and separate the foreground from the background. In our case the left hand light blocks out our hallway heading to the bedrooms - making more aesthetically pleasing 😊

Airbnb ruin our cities real estate (Palm Springs, Cal). We are all suffering 30-40 % loses on real estate value because of investors. Shame on you for playing that shell game. :( Won't subscribe to your channel for that reason alone. We stopped watching Tyler and Todd because they were absentee Airbnb owners. (The worst kind). Get some skills and a real job.

Our business partner is the owner of the property and she said she wouldn’t otherwise rent the space by herself. Shame on you for leaving uneducated comments. Please do not subscribe!!!
