Everything’s a coincidence. Charter flight happen and CC just happens to be there. Viewership increased exponentially and CC just happened to be there. Suddenly everyone cares about the W and CC just happens to be there. 😂😂😂

If you knew the league, the ratings increased last season, n C Clark was still in college, and Aces was already selling out before C Clark again it's the newbies who just started watching like ur self

Not true at all😂 why has 4 out of the 5 highest viewed wnba games were all about Caitlin Clark. This season has had the most sold out games in history. Indiana fever has the most televised games this year and guess who’s on the roster CC😂. Stop with all that hating, CC has brought millions of fans to the wnba.

@@goldeye3901the Indiana fever has had more fans attend in their first 5 games than they did the whole entire season last year. And guess who got the highest jersey sales? Caitlin Clark. Stop with all that hating fn.

@@goldeye3901 the increase you’re talking about is insignificant. 😂 They used to play in a high school gym with 6k capacity before CC and now have to move to NBA arenas with 20k capacity.

With NIL in NCAA, the rookies are coming into the league with more money than many VETS. The WNBA has operated in a niche market that with the NCAA style of play now is opening the game to a much wider audience. Womens NCAA ball has larger crowds than the previous years of the WNBA. Angel Reese was touting on social media that her NIL was 1-2 million her senior year at LSU. The Rookies are not coming in WNBA for salary but because of their childhood dreams and to grow the game. The NCAA game is much more run and gun fast play. This change is similar to change of NBA with Jordan and later Curry. The vets need recognize this. Next years rookie class is going to be even faster. Post play will not be primary. Look at the Big Man role in NBA. Does NBA even have true centers now or really just strong forwards? Similar will happen to WNBA. This is what Christie Sides is learning this season and it is painful for team, players and coaches. The new audience, fans, customers want the faster play over the traditional center post play. If you want a league it is gonna have to change. No one expects the NCAA to retro fit to OG style. The game evolves or dies.

Good point. Everybody crying about her team supporting her...does she support her team? I dont follow her so maybe yall know better. Does she post any of her teammates? Is she friends with anyone on the team?

Is it her responsibility to post pictures of her teammates while she doesn’t have her own ig account? That’s ridiculous, so Lebron should post pictures of Dlo or other lakers players when they were loosing? Exactly, she never cries in interviews, she doesn’t use victim card like Sid the sloth does, she just wants to play basketball, while rest of wnba players are jealous of her fame and how fans love her.

I wish they stop using the narrative that these are brand “New” fans that just came off the street. These are fans that have been watching basketball specifically the NBA and Caitlin just brought those eyes over to the WNBA because of her style of play. They keep bashing these fans for wanting to see excitement they are going to find themselves right back at the beginning where they started unwatchable. I played basketball and love watching it when it first came out. Teresa Weatherspoon was my girl! Tarheels was my team! Nikki Teasley, Ivory Latta, and Camille Little was my girls! Yes, the media needs to do a better job talking more about the incoming rookies and veterans. The blame should be on the MEDIA not the fans or Caitlin.

The effed up part is that its not like shes out there asking for this lol. Its literally these weird fans/media members out here picking sides on who they like more, or whose better. Why not just support the league and stfu? Its easy for casual fans and media members to create these narratives when they arent the ones who have to cash the checks.

That's also wrong. He was never going to actually serve, but they tried to provoke him because he was vocal against the war. So they called him by the name he renounced and then arrested him for refusing to answer to that name at the draft.
