+Xaero188 Not really. It's WAY more pop than ever. There are very clear differences in all aspects of production and style. Although, after listening to this, there does seem to be more emphasis on the "symphonic" aspect than in Clearview.

Counting down the seconds. This sounds really interesting. I love that potf are always willing to experiment with their sound without just going for the current popular trends. That's why their music is classic and you can listen to it years later and it still holds up just as listenable as the first time you heard it.

I personally found Clearview boring. The songs just were not clicking for me except Drama for Life and Children of the Sun. Besides those two, it sounded quite bland. But hey, if you love it, that's cool. :) The good news is that this album seems extremely promising. Sounds a hell of a lot more interesting. And the two singles that have come out for it have been amazing.

I was and still am 100% in love with Clearview! I don't get those who don't really like it, but to each his own. \O/

I liked it quite well, although I did not like the mix. The vocals seemed more in the background and certain parts of the audio get louder then quiet back down. Like "Center Stage" (my favorite), the synths in the verses are louder but then as the chorus approaches, you can hear them fading in volume to help make the chorus seem more dynamic, but I find that highly distracting.

My friend said that in Dark Disquiet the music is in a great trio tune! Using Rock, Sync pop and classic strings at once! Should sound great !
