Matar ke pohe, aalu ke pohe, popat pohe (Jo green beans) ke hote he, dadape pohe jo bina pakaye banate he, tarri pohe, suke pohe, mithe pohe so many of Verity of poha. But Jo mam ne poha banaya he woh authentic style me nahi banaye he. That's y m lil upset. I mean I like her nonvege dishes but authentic poha recipe is totally different. That's y m shear Maharashtrian authentic recipe. Don't miss judge me. And poha me colour k liye haldi bad me hi dalate he or red chilli powder bilkul bhi nahi padati aise mix karane se ek to acidity bhi hogi or sehat k liye achha bhi nahi he. Khana banate samay aap ne 2 3 types k daah I mean special chije dale to usase waat dosh hote he.

@@sunilkamble4083 ha ye sab types pata hai....but differant region hv differant style u know...MP me indori poha famous hai...agar hum hamara poha unhe khilayenge to wo bhi yahi bolenge that its not authentic....by the way poha 10 se jyada states me banaya jata hai india me all hv there own style....choice of ingridients,taste & region thats the differance...jayega to akhir pet me hi bhai😜😁

Or indor ke log jub bhi Maharashtrian style poha khatee he unko phir jalebi achhi nahi lagati. Or khane k bare me aap muzhase na hi bahas Karo to achha he. By d way me khud Hotel spaghetti me as a (capouoco) means chef kaam kara hoon and m from hotel and aviation's sector so I know d knowledge about automatical and much more. Or hum Indian khane k bare me bilakul satark nahi he. Isliye diabetes Ka gad bana he. So ye casual attitude mat rakho. Is casual attitude se hi hum piche he.
