Thank you so much! I’m so glad I found your channel. I have been trying to connect in every way all of these points and became a bit tangled up. It’s been 20 years of learning but only in last few years that I’ve decided to focus on this more, now almost exclusively . This helps me connect so much from point categories to channels to 5 element and divergent channels. And the rationale of what points to use and why. Very empowering! Thank you!! You are awesome!

Thank you! It's just amazing - the clarity with which you explain the material makes it so logical. I wanted to ask if you would also upload the 4 meridians that do not have videos here?

Since lung opens into the nose, it is used to treat nose problems or only because of LI relationship it is used for nose problems. Clarify.

Kind of both. It is said: "The Lung opens at the nose." Air enters the nose and goes to the Lung. "Lung qi flows to the nose; when the lung is in harmony, the nose can perceive fetor and fragrance." Snivel (nasal mucus) is the fluid of the Lung. Diseases in the Lung that block the diffusion of Lung qi may result in nasal congestion, runny nose, or flaring of nostrils. But I believe that is mostly talking about the Lung organ. The Lung channel doesn't go to the nose. There's a similar situation with the Heart and the tongue. We say, "The Heart sprouts in the tongue," but the Heart primary channel doesn't actually go to the tongue. It's the Heart Luo channel that goes to the tongue, so that is why HT-5 is best for disorders of the tongue and speech problems. So looking at the point functions, I believe LU-7 is the only point with the specific function "Opens the nasal orifices." There are other points that treat nose problems (LU-3 and LU-5 treat nosebleed), but I believe these are due to heat in the Lung organ that then affects the nose. In practice, if you are treating nose problems, you will probably use a combination of Lung points (mostly LU-7) and Large Intestine points (LI-4, LI-19, LI-20).
