Good repair, Josh. You don't have to worry about restoring the trace below R7. That trace just runs to the test pad on the pack. You just need to restore the connection to R9 to restore RTC. Solid work.

Hey what if the pad it completely gone I bought it second had on eBay and the trace pad is gone

Make a new one. Solder braid works or copper tape like I use works. Same method, just with the addition of having to trim it down to an appropriate size that won't touch anything it shouldn't.
