It was very interesting to see how FRLG as remakes wanted to make at many retcons with the Gen 2 games as possible for the innevitable Johto remakes HGSS, even if these two admins very implicitly went to become Archer and Ariana the only connection to their GSC counterparts is that they had slightly-similar teams (and still be nameless Grunts). More importantly setting up Silver's relation with Team Rocket for the event-exclusive reveal in HGSS.

I like that they did this to foreshadow the events of GSC/HGSS - Team Rocket were setting up their plans, which Red came to foil again. But after Red vanished, Team Rocket used this opportunity to relocate and strike back in Johto, only to be thwarted by Ethan.

@@AS-ri1mb First of all, I'd like to admit that it wasn't the nicest of me to critique the way someone's playing pokémon on their own channel. Answering your question, it's a mode that one can change in settings, and it makes the game inform a player what pokémon is going to be sent out next by an NPC opponent and give them an additional chance to switch their pokémon, what is, in my opinion, 1. extremely unfair, 2. extremely overpowered and making the game far too easy, and therefore 3. makes it extremely boring and anti-climactic to watch. Still, it was rude of me to critique Mixeli for playing this way and they can and should play pokémon however they like to.
