I too accept Professor Laventon as my adopted father figure lol. But yeah Noticing all the small things has really made me love my experience with this game. I haven't had this much fun with Pokémon since the 20th anniversary when I was playing through all the games up to gen 6 so I could build a living dex. Really enjoying myself, and I hope your enjoying yourself too!

So, my first time playing this game, I was making my way over to do the kleavor mission, and that bibarel in the creek that leads in into the woods was a shiny. I was so excited because it was my first shiny so I caught it and it is still on my team to this day.

I picked oshawott too!! This is my first mainline Pokémon game ever and I’ve been playing non stop since it came out. Thankfully my boyfriend is a long time pokemon lover so he’s been teaching me so much about the world, move sets, natures, and all that stuff. Not gonna lie this game‘s graphics look so lazily made. Almost like an early beta version or something that‘s not finished yet. If they sprinkled in some more details, nice shading and less copy and paste, this would look bomb. The glitches are funny though haha

Yeah thats exactly why im hesitant in getting it. I cant help but compare the game to breath of the wild. That game is a masterpiece and shows what the switch's graphics is capable of, and this looks a bit sloppy. However, comparing it to sword and shield, I can see why the pokemon fandom is eating this up...

Either one is fine, so no worries! It’s always been Ar-see-us in Japanese, and used to be the official English pronunciation-until they realized “arse” means “ass” in the UK. So they changed the official English pronunciation to Ar-kee-us. So either way! (But Ar-kee-us is now the official English pronunciation; it’s still Ar-see-us in Japan)
