Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
All pokemon must be nicknamed
Hardcore Rules:
Always Set mode
No items from the bag option in battle (held items are ok)
No overleveling the next gym leader

My favorite dark type was originally Honchkrow but once I saw Kingambit I was like “OOOOOOOH” And I didn’t think Bisharp Needed an evo but I took that back after I saw Kingambit Edit:You Probably Could’ve gotten Brute Bonnet in Area Zero (Assuming your not doing the thing where you can only get one Pokémon per route if it’s the same type in A monotype)

But, brute bonnet is found so late that it’s just pointless to use if you’ve already gotten so attached to your original team members. Edit: I don’t care if you use Roaring Moon or not, I will not be replacing one of my friends with an overpowered dragon just to beat the final boss

Greninja is one of, if not, my favorite Pokemon of all time, but I can't determine if I love it more as a Dark Type or a Water Type. If I love it more as a Water type, then either Hydreigon or Bisharp is probably my favorite Dark Type. All three are incredibly badass, and I love the imagery of Greninja and Bisharp fighting side by side.

My favorite dark type is definitely Mabosstiff! It’s also my favorite Pokémon overall. Mabosstiff’s design, Pokédex entries (specifically it’s violet entry), it’s role in the game, being the ace of my favorite Pokémon character, and just the emotional attachment I have to it. I can definitely see mabosstiff being my favorite Pokémon for a long time to come. Also, I’ve seen a lot of people call Meowscarada’s deisgn “disturbing” or “weird”, etc. but I personally see no problem with it? Am I just dumb? Blinded by my love of the Pokémon? I think it has one of the best designs in Gen 9. I used one in my first ever scarlet play through and saw nothing wrong with its design. Of course. I could just not be seeing something.

my favorite Dark type is without a doubt Krookodile. cool design, i like Ground types a lot, and i've gotten one in every game they're available and he's always taken a solid, well-deserved spot on my team. also my days of using Florges as the insane special wall it is did laugh a little seeing you try to special-sweep that gym. such high base SpDef it's the SpDef mascot in Super Training is never to be trifled with by a special attacker

It called Ultimate Nuzlock New Rules No healing at all (Auto heals are allowed) If a pokemon dies you can't use the type, but if a dual type you get to chose the type to get rid of Can't use super effective moves No sab moves No Tara Special moves only That it. Gotta go with Zoroark. It's ability is situational, but I just love its design. Speaking of its Ability, as long as you have a fighting type it can break the psychic gym. 2nd place is the pawniard line. The chess theming is neat and Kingambit's ability is awesome.

I would love to see this revisited with the release of the DLC. Crawdaunt, Mandibuzz, Scrafty, and Incineroar would be sick additions to work with, while the extra boss fights at higher levels would really allow a more diverse boss team to flex.
