Honestly I think Teddiursa fits the baking/sweets theme a little bit because it has sticky honey-covered paws and stuff- but Fidough would've been so much better! But more than anything I wish they had flipped the gym gimmick around- rather than terastalyzing a Pokemon into the gym's type, it would've been a perfect opportunity to have a Bug type become, say, a Water type, to be a bit of a wakeup call to anyone who was counting on sweeping with Fire or something. I think having gyms be monotype makes them way easier than they should be, and I liked Raihan's fight in SWSH because his team barely fits his Dragon typing (the weather-based double battle was really cool too, one of the best ways to shake up the usual gym fights. SWSH has many issues but I thought that part was well-done).
