This inspired me to try using a buneary in Platinum, and so far Chaaad has been my strongest attacker. So strong, she almost killed herself with a missed jump kick. Chaaad really is the god among Pokmon.

From how it looks, randomize the abilities, types, pokemon (area 1-to-1), movesets including tms and hms and their compatibility, trainer pokemon, with rival carrying starter, and their names, i don't remember seeing him picking up any crazy items but presumably he also randomized the items.
