Pretty sweet tune. IMO, this is the theme song for HG. It's so epic!

This game has the most "ancient" theme to it... the music, some of the towns, the japanese style to sprout, bell, and burned towers, something none of the other games will have

I'd say DPP is more ancient. It's as ancient as the creation of the heavens and earth, although you see arceus recreating the universe in HGSS.

The Johto Region is based off of Western Japan. Which is more rural than it's Eastern counterpart. That area also has more Japanese OG cultural influence. Sinnoh is based off of Northern Japan. Hence the snow in most of the region. Mt. Coronet is basically Mt. Fuji.

I realised, after listening to real Kabuki music, you can tell they didn't use real instruments on this. You can tell the Koto and Sanshin are Midis, the Hocchiku sounds a bit like an Erhu, and the Tsuzumi sounds like a laser. Nonetheless this is a good song, it just could be improved. I could see a real version though with Koto providing main parts, Sanshin accompanying the Koto, a real Tsuzumi, and real Hocchiku.

I wouldn't really say that. ( but that's my oipinion of course) Cuz in GSC all you do is to stop team rocket and then when you finally beat them you get to meet the legendary pokemon and catch them. TBH I think gen 3 gen 4 and gen 5 had the best story line cuz theres actually a purpose in those games. Not only becoming a champ but saving the world from heavy rains, strong droughts, destroying the time space continuum and from a crazy man who wants to take over the world. I still love GSC though
