Sorry to burst that headcanon but Liko has confirmed parents. Lucca and Alex. If Roy and Liko were Siblings, then Roy would have been living with Liko instead of living on an island with his Grandfather. Roy’s genetics doesn’t even match up with Liko and her family at all.
