I can see a world where a "fusion-like" mechanic can exists but it would require a held item that 2 different mons would need that creates a "type-link" which would basically make its moves closer to Z-moves

I might come back to change this, but I want to get it out of my head. There's an episode of Pokemon called "From A to Z!" where Grokey is affected by Zygards core. Now, in the game it's said that the mega stones are evo stones affected by Xerneas and Yveltal. So what if more stones are affected by Zygardes, causing the new megas. You will have to fight 5 mega Pokemon affected by Zygarde, kinda like you had to fight the nobles in PLA. Im probably wrong and/or this was already stated, just had to get it out of my head

I think when we get za news it's going to depend on when it's release date is because if it follows Arceus and gets a January release date, we're going to probably get something very soon if it's a later release date such as something closer to where mainline games get released It will be not till Pokemon day

The thing about the switch 2 that concerns me is, with the OG switch looking so similar and the amount of games what the inventive would be to buy it at launch. Especially if it ends up being backwards compatible Also having a consistent storyline with reoccurring characters is what ive wanted for a while. Hope that first rumors true. Tbh

Both the PLZA and Gen 10 rumors actually seem kinda neat. And i think Mega Octillery would be awesome they could make it more tank-like in design since it was originally supposed to be a tank in the beta

I don't know if it will actually be a sequel or not, but if it is, it would be cool if they did something like Dragonball Xenoverse, where if you have save data from the 1st game, the 2nd game reads that data and copies over what your character looks like

Gonna just say. I doubt very much ZA will be in the future. The title is double meaning, legends as it is a story revolving around a legend as well as a story from the past. Also the gameplay mechanics of PLA was extremely well received and a more futuristic timeline doesn’t really give room for things such as crafting pokeballs, having to dodge wild mons and such
