► The next Pokemon Timeline video is finally here! And this time we delve into the Team Rocket lore! I do consider this as a continuation from my Pokemon Timeline Current History Part 2 video, but at the same time its a standalone video due to its focus on the Team Rocket's lore. If you were wondering, I did take events from the Pokemon Adventures Manga because the storyline from there is way too interesting to pass up! This is one of my favorite series to edit, and I hope you guys enjoy, I worked really hard on it so leaving a like is most appreciated. The reason Giovanni became the leader of the Viridian Gym was to get access to the Earth Badge. Because it guarantees any pokemon will obey your orders the plan was to use the Earth Badge and the Masterball from Silph Co. to capture and control Mewtwo.

Because by owning the gym it allowed him to control who else could have an Earth Badge, like giving his grunts an Earth Badge to guarantee their stolen pokemon would never disobey.
