They're just action replay codes. Power Saves Action Replay is an external piece of hardware you can put in your 3DS. You put the 3DS game into the device, and then put the device into the 3DS's game slot

Hi, I am curently playing pokemon X on Citra and trying to use a cheat to turn on shiny pokemon. I managed to test other cheats like ¨press Y to lvl all pkmn to 100¨ just to test if they are working. It worked but any cheat that uses button L/R isnt working, like the ¨enable shiny wild pokemon by pressing Start+L¨, or ¨heal all you hp by pressing L¨ do you please know why that could be or how to make it work? (I looked into controls in Citra and I am pressing the correct button, but all it is doing is jumping on the next page on the bottom screen)

Bro try going to your citra settings and check weather there is the " L = a " option turned on if it is try turning it off and try again. Because if it is on whenever you click l it is considered as clicking a .
