Yeah I’m sure I’m of the age that Pokémon was aiming at when it first released. And I can honestly say I wasn’t ‘collecting’ or playing (nobody even knew how to play the game) at all. 😅 I was literally just gathering a Stack of shiny cards in my eyes (the best ones) No sets or anything in particular like now and it certainly wasn’t for later years investment, It actually got banned in my school after a while. It’s quite wild to think back when it all started and to where it is now makes me want to cry at how much that stack I used to walk round the playground with swapping cards would have been worth today 😂🤯
