Going to pick the polar verity up as an option to my H10 for when I train with a weighted vest. The chest strap can bug me either way a vest on.

I have the versity and it’s superb . Pair with my Garmin epix 2 and the concept 2 rower . I also have the H10 and wahoo tckr and veristy is better.

Can I use it to track sleep with other apps? Can you measure Ekg with it or does it have irregular heartbeat detection?
