Polar Verity Sense | Training in heart rate mode with Polar Flow

Welcome to train with Polar Verity Sense! This video tutorial will show you how to train in heart rate mode with Polar Flow app. In the heart rate mode you can connect your Polar Verity Sense sensor to a compatible device or app and follow your heart rate in real time during your workout.
Polar Verity Sense is a versatile high-quality optical heart rate sensor that measures heart rate from your arm or temple. It comes with an armband and a swimming goggle strap clip, and it's very easy to use. It has Polar's reliable optical HR solution and transfers data via Bluetooth® and ANT+.
