Hey Todd! Trenton bought this sled from me last spring actually it was my first sled. He was really interested with all the suspension and I knew it was nice but dang this thing is shaping up! Jason is shaping up! Can’t wait to see more. Hey I’ve slapped a couple turbos on modern sleds and I’ve been opening up the ring gap to 24 thou and closing up the plug gap to 15 thou and it’s been working for me. Now I’m a mountain rider and this has been on Axys and pro chassis 800 twins but I bet it would be a good start for your boost build.

Hey Todd 🍻 Where’s Trenton? He needs to get some credit lol. Like you said, what amazing work he’s doing! The colors look awesome 👍! Good choice on using a 91 650 motor, the 02 motors have the big ports and the cylinders that extend into the crankcase, so should be stronger to handle that turbo 👍 Cheers to Nathan on that seat too!! Pretty sure those alum skis were made out of 6 empty Old Style cans each....about the only way we got them to somewhat last was with skins and only using them for ice drags. Maybe a pure powder sled they might last a season, but any sort of trail pounding and they just self crushed. Nice find though, not many sets survived.
